After the launching of the 58m (190ft) ‘Netanya 8’ in February 2007, CMN has developed in cooperation with Andrew Winch Designs a new range of motor yachts, the CMN Line 60 with two units launched in 2009: ‘Slipstream’ & ‘Cloud 9’. ‘Slipstream’ & ‘Cloud 9’ are evolutions of ‘Netanya8’ with a longer and deeper hull creating a full height bilge deck under guest and crew accommodation. They have been modified to suit the Owners’ particular requirements. With an impressive range of 5000 nautical miles the CMN Line 60 is a serious world cruising yacht.
MY Slipstream and Cloud 9 have cruised around the world extensively and have been awarded 6 times:
In 2009, Nymphenburg prize for best design at the Monaco Yacht Show; International Superyacht Society (ISS) (2): Best motor-yacht in the category 40-65m / best interior (all categories, sailing yachts and motor-yachts over 24m);
In 2010, Showboats awards (3): Best exterior design and styling (MY Slipstream & Cloud 9) / Best interior recreational area (MY Cloud 9) / Best crew and service spaces (MY Slipstream)
The fourth in the highly successful LINE 60, ‘Project 803’ is under construction at Cherbourg, It shares the naval architecture and technical developments of MY Slipstream and Cloud 9, and benefits from the extensive experience gained on these two vessels. Several revolutionary designs are available for owners who want a fully customised and individual design with a proven, reliable track record.
